When is my membership activated?

Can I refer my provider to your network?
Yes. The simplest way to refer your provider is to mention Pet Assure and have your provider contact Pet Assure at their toll-free number or refer them to Pet Assure’s website, www.petassure.com

What if I lose my ID card or my pet ID tags?
Please call Pet Assure’s toll-free number immediately or email customer service. They will send you a replacement within (2) business days. There may be a nominal charge for a replacement.

How do I add on another pet?
Email customer service at custserv@petassure.com. Include: Your name, your pet’s name, your Pet Assure® ID number, the type and breed of pet, color age and gender or call Pet Assure’s Toll free Number, . Through your Preferred Savings Network membership their is no additional charge.

Why must I complete the enrollment form?
To activate your membership and receive your membership materials. The pet information and emergency contact information is also important for PetAssure® to have in case your pet is ever lost.

Can I get a listing of Pet Assure’s veterinary and national merchant list?
Yes. In your membership materials you’ll receive a list of veterinary providers nearest you and a provider list of merchant partners. As a member you can go to Pet Assure’s website and login with your personal ID # and use their search function to view or print their veterinary providers and merchant partners.

What is Pet ID Tag and 24/7 location service?
When someone finds a Pet Assure pet, all they have to do is call a toll-free number at any hour of day or night and we will help reunite you with your pet. Our service has reunited thousands of pets with their owners. If you lose your pet, it should be as easy as possible for the finder to return him/her. An electronic chip requires a visit to the vet. A phone number will not be much help if you are not home, and very often pets get lost while on vacation and away from home. Pet Assure makes it so easy for the finder to return a pet.
